My name is Matt Blaze, this is a blog about Bodybuilding/Fitness whats going on in the world of b/f and some general tips for training, diet etc.. I'm a personal trainer and love anything to do with fitness and weight training, planning on competing in bodybuilding in the next few months so I might blog my prep for that to show what goes into getting ready for the stage.
Training advice
I'll put some advice on training here. How to gain weight, gain strength, get fitness levels up, lose body fat(you never want to lose weight just body fat/water weight), gain flexibility and just generally stay healthy. Advice will consist of correct form on exercises, training frequency for your goals and dispelling a few myths about various training ideas/theories etc.. Basically watch this space
